Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to BarWizard (Institute of Bar Operations & Management) and its services.

• “You”, “Your” refers to the user, student, client or event-participant who uses our site or engages with our services.

• “Services” covers our bartending courses (found in the Bar Academy section), event & experience services (event management, home-bar setup, brand activations), and bar consultancy offerings. 

• “Website” means our website at barwizard.in and any associated sub-pages.

Acceptance & Eligibility

• By enrolling in any of our courses or using our services you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a contract.

• You represent that all information you provide to us (during registration/enrolment) is true, accurate and complete.

Courses & Payment Terms

• Course details (duration, curriculum, fee) are provided on our website. BarWizard

• Payment terms: specific instalments may apply (for example: 20% deposit non-refundable to secure seat). BarWizard

• If you pay in instalments, you must clear the full amount before course start date (or as per schedule).

• We reserve the right to change course fees, content or schedule; but once you are enrolled and payment accepted, you will be notified of any material change.

Bookings & Event Services

• For event services (bar setup, home-bar, brand activation) we require you to provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count, any special requirements).

• We will endeavour to deliver services on the agreed date/time but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, venue issues etc.).

• You agree our staff operate responsibly; you are responsible for compliance with local licensing, liquor service regulations at your venue and for ensuring safe guest conduct.

Refund & Cancellation

• For courses: the deposit (e.g., 20% of full amount) is non-refundable. If you cancel prior to course start or fail to attend, refunds (if any) are subject to our policy in force. BarWizard

• For event booking: cancellations must be notified in writing within the period specified in your agreement. Depending on timing some costs may be non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel a course or service (for example insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances). In such case we will offer an alternate date or full refund.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (text, images, logos, course material) is owned by or licensed to BarWizard. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit without our written permission.

• You grant us a licence to use testimonials, images or videos from your participation (course or event) for marketing, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of business, earnings, reputation) even if advised of the possibility.

User Conduct & Behaviour

• You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly while on-site (for courses/events), following all instructions from our staff.

• Misconduct, damage to equipment, inappropriate behaviour may lead to removal, forfeiture of fees with no refund.

Privacy & Data Use

• We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). These Terms incorporate that policy by reference.

Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at top will reflect the version in force. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR (or as agreed).
