Rosso & Indian Spice, Vizag Rosso & Indian Spice were undertaken by our company on turnkey basis where from conceptualisation to launching is the brain storming effort of Sandy and his team. What you see – The color red hits you in theface as you walk down a long, crimson red-walled corridor to Vizag’snew pubbing entrant Rosso, at Waltair Uplands. A cushioned door opensto a fantastically well spread-out and spacious pub-cum-bar-cum-diner-cum-dance-floor done up in reds andwhites and in paneled wood. With this kind of space and eclectic décor,it’s plain simple to see why Rosso is being defined as an elegantly laid-back and classy ‘lounging club’ of Vizag.What we get – Rosso gives pub-goers in Vizag a new experience of lounging. Done up by known Delhi pub interior expert Sandy Verma, Rosso creates a sense of space, despite having earmarked areas.The dining area is inviting with comfortable white settees placed against sheer white curtains and an LCD screen for virtual gaming to the left. This area allows for a conversation, despite pulsating music that reverberates on the raised dance floor that’s to the right, beside a DJ console (all gizmo and hi-tech with its fair share of overhead strobelights, lasers, smoke machines, etc.

Under Deck, Taj Banjara, Hyderabad It was one of our prime and initial projects which Sandy undertook more than a decade back and describes it as -Excellent place; lovely ambience, great food - tryuly Hyderabadi food; pleasant staff; centrally located; great view. Under Deck is a brilliant hang out after a long day at work.... they play some real good music, sometimes a live band, and some good friends I have made at the Under Deck while designing the bar, drinks menu, consulting & training.

Staying Alive, Mega Mall, Gurgaon We got a breif to make it a place for rock and retro musicand the owner Sanjay Mohindroo himself was a bike lover. We coneptualised a bar with enfield bikes converted to look alike Harley Davidsons, four of them to be precise and designed the bar, the room, menu, graphics al around it.

Sheesha, Deep Palace, Lucknow A store room lying waste converted into an excusive luxury morrocon bar with international liquor, cigars and morrocan kebabs is a show stealer and preferred by the elite beaurucrats of Lucknow

Five Senses, Yao Noi, Thailand Sandy was invited to train the staff of Den bar in mixology and soft skills, design a new unique cocktail menu which would appeal to the senses as the name of this rustic-chic castaway which is set at Yao Noi island hillside. Six Senses Yao Noi boutique hotel can't help but appeal to your inner child. The paradise on earth was visited by and served by our celebrity mixologist Sandy to the very elite clientle like Princess Lalla Salma of Morocco during X-mas week of 2012.

Soma & Yantra, Tanglin Mall, Singapore BarWizard team of Sandy, Clayton and Devender were there for three months to design the beverage menu, train the staff in wines, set up the service standards, devise the cost strategy and impart soft skills for customer satisfaction. It was an over whelming experience and an achievement in opening a wine retail shop along with the bar & restaurant.

Taj Pamodzi, Lusaka, Zambia Sandy was invited to work as a celebrity bartender and train the staff in cocktails and create magic with local ingredients. The Bank of Zambia threw a private protocol party just to enjoy our cocktails and to introduce them to the diplomatic sector.

Taj Exotica Resorts & Spa, Maldives Our services were hired to train the staff and design a beverage menu with exotic cocktails and tropical fruits. The staff had to be trained in service sequence, soft skills and train the trainer program.

Jose Cuervo We were hired to help transform brand and business with the clarity of rigorous thinking and the courage of bold ideas. We trained staff of various outlets and hotels with new age cocktails and ever charming cocktails.

Carlson Connect Organised a training camp for 4 days for bartenders of all Carlson group units (Radisson, Park Plaza, Country Inn, TGIF) in South Asia for two consecutive days. It was one of the mega events followed by bar competition for South Asia.

Finlandia Brown Foreman hired our services to train bartenders of various clubs about ther brand Finlandia, where we made a product presentation, its global reach and application. The event was concluded by organising a bar competition for all the bartenders. Apart from organising, /sandy was invited to judge the same.

El Charro The brand was launched all over the country with us developing exotic cocktails and training the bartenders of various outlets and hotels in different metros. It helped El Charro position itself to number one brand in six months time.
